Description

Artemis House Nikiti represents a comfortable apartment located just 450 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is 87.7 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 persons (or 5 adults and 2 children).

Accommodation

The property includes a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. In addition, the apartment features a terrace with outdoor furniture.

The living room has a sofa bed for two persons, a television, and an air conditioner. The kitchen, located in the same room as the living room, is equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, and a large refrigerator with freezer.

Both bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom is standardly equipped – it includes a shower, sink, and toilet, and guests also have access to a washing machine.

The entire accommodation is covered by free wireless internet. A barbecue is available upon request. Vehicle parking is possible on the street in front of the property, and free public parking is available 100 meters from the accommodation. Pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
