Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Art Villa Stavros is located 250 meters from the beach, in the new part of Stavros, and can accommodate up to 7 people.

Offers quite vacation, garden and private parking.

Center of Stavros is on 800 meters from the object and the first bakery is on 650 meters away.

Accommodation

Art Villa Stavros includes ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining space, two sofa beds and on the upper floor is the bedrooms with sea view (which is not separated with doors from the lower level) that has a double bed and an extra folded bed.

Villa has two terraces (on in the front part and the other at the back side) and the garden offers BBQ facilities and the outdoor dining area.
