• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
Both villas feature a private swimming pool and have identical interior layouts and equipment.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room equipped with air conditioning, a large flat-screen TV, and a corner sofa. The same area includes a dining space (table with 6 chairs) and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor hood, and coffee machine. There is also one bathroom on the ground floor, which includes a washing machine.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. This floor also features another bathroom, standardly equipped (shower, bathtub, washbasin, and toilet).
The exterior of the villa is something that especially delights its guests. In front of the villa, there is a veranda with outdoor furniture suitable for outdoor dining. Around the pool, there is outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The villa also has a yard where a barbecue is available to guests upon request.
Two parking spaces are provided for guests of the villa, and street parking in front of the complex is allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The entire complex is covered with free wireless internet. Small pets are welcome upon request and for an additional fee.
