• Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00; Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to
confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the
arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for
administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner
of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it
will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Aris Sea View Apartment is located on Ofrynio Beach, in the area of Kavala. The apartment offers accommodation for up to 7 people with a spacious terrace and a direct view of the sea.

The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with a double and a single bed. There is a corner sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a washing machine, an ironing equipment, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests have at their disposal a spacious, covered terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining, and a beautiful view of the sea.
