• Deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 13% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Areti Hotel is located in the front of the sea, on Paradissos beach, in Neos Marmaras.

Beach in the front belong to the hotels and is sandy and pebbly and has a beach bar.

Areti Hotel consists of double rooms, triple rooms, quadruple apartments with one bedroom and living room with kitchen, superior quadruple apartments with two bedrooms and living room with kitchen.

Double rooms have two connected single beds with one mattress.

Triple rooms can have one double and single bed, three single beds or a double bed and an armchair bed.

Quadruple apartments include a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and living room with kitchen and folding sofa bed.

Superior apartments have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and living room with kitchen, sofa and armchair.
