Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Arente Apartments is a newly built complex in Lefkada Town on Lefkada. It is located a 5-minute walk from the marina and about a 10-minute drive from the famous Ai Giannis beach. The complex offers luxury apartments for up to 4 people and a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Accommodation

The facility has 10 identical, modern, and elegantly decorated apartments that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa bed where two more people can sleep.

Each unit has a kitchen that includes two hotplates, a fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle, an espresso machine, and a small dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The terraces have a table and chairs and overlook the pool.

Each apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and two Smart TVs with satellite channels. An iron and an ironing board are available to guests. Towels, bed linen, and pool towels are provided.

In front of the building is a yard with a saltwater pool, deckchairs, and umbrellas. Public parking is available and small pets are allowed on request.
