Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus bank costs.
• If canceled between 45-59 days before arrival, 30% of the advance payment will be refunded (minus bank costs).
• If canceled under 45 days before arrival, early departure or no-show, there is no refund.

Description

Arenaria Villa is located within a very large, flat olive grove in the suburbs of Lefkada town, an area full of plains with rich vegetation and scattered houses, 900 meters from the Agios Ioannis beach, a perfect location for walking or using the two bicycles offered. Villa Arenaria is also very close to the town within just a few minutes drive (1km). A minimarket is only 200m away from the villa.

Accommodation

A stylish 2-bedroom villa with lush green gardens, large swimming pool, kids facilities including a children’s pool, exercise facilities, plenty of parking space and only 900m from the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis and close to all amenities of Lefkada town.

Villa Arenaria is a 120sq.m., 2-bed/2.5 bath stone villa with a huge private pool (55sq.m.) occupying c. 2 acres of land. The villa features one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, whereas there is an extra wc with laundry facilities. The indoor dining area is overlooking the pool while next to it there is a rustic fully equipped kitchen. At the sitting room, there is plenty of space with a 3-seater sofa (which converts to accommodate either 1 or 2 guests), a 2-seater sofa and extra seating furniture, a TV with subscriber channels & a dvd player. A 20sq.m. terrace area extends outside the sitting room, with dining seating for al fresco dining. A covered area with bbq, woodburning oven & dining seating is found across the other side of the pool. The garden is neat and well-structured, including a playground for our little friends. There is plenty of parking space for up to 3 cars. This is a family-friendly villa as it extends only in one level, it has a huge inviting garden and it also provides quite a few facilities for kids (children’s pool, playground, baby cot, highchair, toys etc.).

There is central air-conditioning and heating throughout the villa. We offer complimentary wifi internet connection.

Normal occupancy is 4 guests, but it can accommodate up to 7 guests (small additional charge of €25 per person per night).
