• Deposit of 10% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

In the magical peninsula of Sithonia, in the southern edge and just before Sarti, we created the traditional hotel and guesthouse Archontariki to offer a relaxing, peacefull and unique hospitality experience for your summer vacation.

The summer vacation want comfortable and spacious rooms for accommodation, large garden, where children can play, not to bother about where to park and got a corner you can be glad to enjoy the moments with your friends. This is what we created here in Archontariki.

In Archontariki our philosophy has to do with pleasure by creating the conditions to visit us again and the next holiday.

Accommodation

In Archontariki with love and care we have decorate and equip 23 rooms (13 triples, 3 doubles and 7 quads) with spacious and comfortable rooms, which feature a kitchen with utensils for you during your stay to cook, TV, bathroom with always hot water and balcony with wonderful views. Bed linen and towels replacement is organized every third day.Archontariki is a family run studio at Platania beach, shortly after Sarti, consisting of 23 rooms tended with love and passion. It is also a space created to revive the warmth of family, friends familiar, the uniqueness of human relationships.
