AquaVista Villa

AquaVista is located in Nea Iraklitsa, in the Kavala area, approximately 230 meters from the beach. The property offers one villa spread across three levels, suitable for up to 7 persons.

Accommodation

This is a three-level villa organized across the ground floor, first floor, and a smaller second floor.

On the ground floor, there are two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom features one double bed suitable for two persons. One of the rooms includes a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms have direct access to the yard. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms. A baby cot can be provided upon request, free of charge.

On the first floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa bed, as well as an additional area with another sofa. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of this level and is connected to the dining area. A second bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. The space is air-conditioned and includes a fireplace. From this level, there is access to a terrace.

The second floor is smaller and includes an indoor space and a large terrace with views of the surroundings and a partial sea view. This area is intended for relaxation and leisure.

The villa features a maintained yard with outdoor seating furniture, suitable for spending time outside. Guests also have access to a barbecue. Terraces are available on the ground and first floors.

The property provides Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine. Parking is available nearby, but it is not a private reserved space.
