Description

In the town of Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, the Aquaris Villas complex is located, consisting of two separate, modernly designed villas. The property is approximately 240 meters from the sandy beach and about 500 meters from the town center, allowing guests easy access to the sea and all local amenities while still ensuring peace and privacy. The villas are designed to accommodate 6 to 8 guests, making them an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends. Guests have access to a private yard, parking for two cars in front of each villa, a barbecue area, and an outdoor jacuzzi for five persons.

Accommodation

Aquaris Villas consists of two identical villas arranged over three levels, functionally designed to provide a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, induction cooktop, coffee machine, and electric kettle. The living area opens onto a terrace with outdoor dining furniture overlooking the landscaped private yard. A bathroom is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and access to a terrace with a partial sea view, along with an additional bathroom. The lower level includes another bedroom with two single beds, an additional space with a sofa and television, and a third bathroom. This layout ensures comfortable accommodation for a larger number of guests while maintaining privacy for everyone.

Guests are provided with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, as well as complete kitchen and bathroom equipment, making the villas suitable for longer stays.
