Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Aquamarine Homes is a quality and modern accommodation on the island of Thassos. It is located on a hill opposite the popular Psili Ammos beach (50 meters). All necessary facilities can be found in Potos, 5 kilometers away. The nearest mini market is 50 meters away, and the supermarket is 800 meters away.

The complex offers accommodation for 3-4 people with a beautiful view of the sea, garden, and private parking.

Accommodation

The complex consists of three accommodation units.

There is a studio for 2+1 on the ground floor. It contains two joined single beds and a foldable armchair. It features a kitchen that includes a small oven with two burners, a small fridge, and an electric kettle, as well as a private bathroom with a shower cabin. In front of the studio is a sitting area with a sea view.

On the first floor is a duplex apartment for four people. It has two bedrooms (one with a double and the other with two joined single beds), a small living room with a couch and a kitchen (a mini oven with two burners and a refrigerator), and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment offers a very spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a panoramic sea view. There is another seating area in front of the entrance to the unit.

The third unit is a bungalow for two adults and one child, set behind the main building. It contains a double bed and a sofa. The kitchen includes a mini oven with two burners, a fridge, a toaster, and an electric kettle. There is also a private bathroom with a shower. In front of the bungalow is a sitting area with a large dining table and a partial sea view.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, hair dryers, and mosquito nets. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every four days.

A beautifully landscaped yard with free private parking is at guests' disposal.
