Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Apollonas Beachfront Apartment is part of a complex located 115 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The apartment can accommodate 5 people and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the sea.

Accommodation

The entrance is on the ground floor, and the apartment spreads over two levels connected by stairs. It has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. There is a corner sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and a kettle. The apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as an additional toilet.

The accommodation is air-conditioned (all three rooms have air-conditioning) and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Towels and bed linen are provided.

In front of the entrance is a paved sitting and dining area with an awning, while the first floor features a terrace with a view of the garden and the sea.

A spacious shared garden with a barbecue is at guests' disposal. Parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation, and there is free public parking near the complex.
