• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Third child in a maisonette - 10 EUR/ per day.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to one month before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Apartments Raptis are located at Sivota, 25 km away from the city of Igoumenitsa, in the village center in a green area, a place suitable for families and also for couple vacation. From the apartments, one can walk to the beach, to the supermarket, to the port of the village to enjoy his drink, coffee or meal overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Accommodation

Villa provides six maisonettes and five studios:

• Τhe one-room studios have a double bed and a single bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven and private bathroom with hairdryer. and a terrace. The studio can accommodate 2-3 people.

• Maisonettes are well furnished with a wooden interior stair. At the ground floor is the dining room with fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, the living room with sofa bed and a WC. In the second floor are the master bedroom (double bed), a big bathroom and balcony. They can accommodate 3 to 5 people.

Bed linens and towels and changed every three days.
