• If a reservation is canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Situated in Nea Moudania, Apartments Iva are only a mere 50 meters away from a vast stretch of sandy beach, and a short 500 meters away from the bustling city center. In the vicinity, you can find a variety of amenities such as markets, bakeries, and restaurants.

It offers three apartments for 4-5 guests.

Accommodation

Apartment of 55 square meters consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, there is a generously sized living room that is paired with a kitchenette. Within the living space there is a double bed and a single bed. It is set on the ground floor and accommodates up to 5 guests.

Apartment oft 38 square meters comprises of two distinct areas. A bedroom with a double bed is separated from a living room that contains a kitchen and another double bed. It is located on the ground floor and suitable for 4 guests.

Apartment of 45 square meters is located on the second floor and accommodates 4 guests. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed.The room with the kitchen and the living area features a sofa that folds out into a bed measuring 160x200cm. It contains two air conditioners and a washing machine.

All apartments feature two terraces each, with one of them opening up onto a sizable communal yard. These new apartments are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a television set with Serbian channels and internet access. Additionally, they feature a stove with an oven, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

While the accommodation does not offer private parking, ample space for parking can be found on the street adjacent to the building. Additionally, a sizable parking lot in close proximity to the beach is also available for use.
