• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• During the Christmas week, the same prices apply as for September.
• Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

A stone's throw from both the Lagouvardos beach and the fish-village Marathopolis, this 4,000-square-yard seafront country retreat offers a splendid sunset view over the Ionian Sea. Guests enjoy a large front yard with outdoor barbecue grill, wood-fired oven and access to a private rocky beach.

Accommodation

The family-run, self-catering apartments located in a quiet sparsely-populated area in a purely natural environment near the protected lagoon of Yialova and the beach of Voidokoilia provide full privacy and tranquility.

Each apartment consists of two main rooms; the bedroom which has a queen-size bed and the living room with two single beds and a sofa bed, as well as the kitchen and the bathroom. Two room apartments are about 40m2 and have 2 terraces (sea & garden view).

Amenities include air conditioning, electric cooker, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, TV and DVD player. Towels are changed every three, and bed linen every five days.

There is free shaded parking space next to each apartment. Massage treatments, nail care and baby sitting services can also be arranged upon request and at extra charge.
