• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Apartment Tami is set 70 meters from the beach, in an attractive and quiet location in Nea Epivates, in the vicinity of Thessaloniki. It has been completely renovated and is suitable for accommodating 3-4 people.
Accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a corner sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a two-burner stovetop, a microwave, a kettle, and a dining table. The private bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and a washing machine. A vacuum cleaner and ironing equipment are available.
Guests enter a clean and tidy apartment, while maintaining hygiene during their stay is left to them. Towels, spare bed linen and cleaning products are at guests' disposal.
The accommodation also offers a terrace with a table, chairs and a view of the street.
There is no private parking, but it is always possible to find a parking place around the building.
