Cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, the paid amount will be refunded to the guest (reduced by 30 EUR administrative costs). If the accommodation unit is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the guest (reduced by 30 EUR administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the property owner reserves the right to retain the full deposit and it will not be refunded to the guest.

Description

The Apanema Villas property is located in Asprogerakata, on the island of Lefkada, 7.8 km from Tsoukalades Beach.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 4 villas – Wellbeing Villa, Wellness Villa, Peaceful Villa, and Zen Villa. The maximum capacity of the first three villas is 4 guests (per villa), while the fourth accommodates up to 2 guests.

The first three villas have the same layout and amenities. They include one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a veranda, and a kitchen.

The living room features air conditioning and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The kitchen is well equipped – it includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Guests will also be welcomed with homemade olive oil.

The bedroom has one large double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is standardly equipped – it includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Guests also have access to a hairdryer, washing machine, and iron.

The terrace includes outdoor furniture for 4 people. The entire property is covered with free Wi-Fi. Guests can request a baby cot and high chair. An iron and TV (with Netflix) are also available. Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are provided every 2 to 3 days. Private parking is available.

Zen Villa is spread over two floors, is more spacious, has one bedroom with a double bed, and is ideal for 2 guests. It features as many as 3 terraces. The interior amenities are the same as in the other three villas.

Guests of the complex can enjoy a shared swimming pool and a Swedish sauna. Massages and yoga sessions are available at an additional cost. Additional wellbeing activities and therapies are available and paid directly to our collaborators.

Guests also have access to a shared, spacious yard with a barbecue area.

The entire property can be rented as a small retreat venue for 6–14 people, suitable for yoga, wellness, corporate, or private retreats, with shared outdoor areas, fast internet, and a peaceful natural environment.
