Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Antony’s Apartments is the accommodation in Nikiti, located at just 80m from the marina. In the green garden, there are tables with chairs and sunshades for guests while relaxing and drinking coffee or a refreshing drink. Along the coastal pedestrian street, there are various restaurants, pizzerias and cafes, while within walking distance you will find supermarkets, post office, bank, shops and pharmacies.

Accommodation

From 2024, in the Antony's Apartments complex, 4 more studios and 2 apartments are available to guests within the newly built building.

Apartment A (75m2) consists of a bedroom with one double bed, wardrobe, TV, and a balcony with seating area and pergola, as well as a bedroom for children with two bunk and a single drawer bed. The living room is fitted with two foldable sofa beds, TV set, A/C, fireplace and a balcony with table and two chairs. Kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, all utensils, coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster and coffee mixer. The bathroom has a bathtub.
There’s also iron with ironing board, hairdryer, second air condition in the hallway, free WiFi internet and parking.

Apartment B (35m2) consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with one double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe, balcony with pergola and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a table with chairs, all household utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, food processor, mini stove with oven and a fridge. Also, there are two bunk beds. There’s also iron with ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, free WiFi internet and a parking.

Angela Apartment is 52 sqm. & Asteria Apartment is 52 sqm.

• Apartment no. 106 - The apartment is located on the first floor, accommodating two adults and two children. The apartment has a bedroom equipped with a double bed. Bili smo gosti i julu, sve pohvale stvarno. Mi smo bili u novoj zgradi i nismo imali ni jednu jedinu zamerku. Prelepo dvoriste, apartmani novi, svakoga dana se ciste, menjaju se peskiri svaki drugi dan, u apartmanu imate sve sto vam je potrebno. Vlasnici jako ljubazni i uvek raspolozeni.

Pre svega moram da pohvalim izuzetno ljubazne i posvecene vlasnike apartmana. Uvek su raspolozeni za svaku vrstu konsultacije. apartmani su novi, lepo opremljeni i snabdeveni svime sto je neophodno za boravak. sve je na veoma kratkoj udaljenosti (plaza, market, pekara, setaliste) savrsena lokacija. Obezbedjen parking ispred samog apartmana. Dvoriste je prostrano, čisto, sa vise mesta za sedenje i velikom travnatom povrsinom. što se higijene i održavanja tiče, sve je besprekorno.

Bili smo u ovom apartmanu u junu i svaka preporuka za apartman i vlasnike. Aprtman je izuzetno cist, sa svim potrebnim i dodatnim stvarima kao sto su pegla, fen, mutilica za nes i ostale stvari. Cak postoji i ves masina koju mozete koristiti kad vam zatreba. Vlasnici su ljubazni i nenametljivi i uvek raspolozeni da pomognu. Plaza je udaljena oko 5 minuta pešaka. U mirnom je delu kod luke i u blizini pekare i prodavnice.

U ovim apartmanima smo boravili pocetkom jula ove godine. Tako sredjene i odrzavane apartmane smo retko gde imali priliku da vidimo u Grckoj. Da ne pricam o ljubaznosti domacina. Sacekao nas je poklon, ispratili su nas sa poklonom. Ljubazni, srdacni, uvek na raspolaganju. Apartman je sredjen sa toliko detalja. Na svaku sitnicu su mislili. U kuhinji ima apsolutno sve sto vam treba za samostalno pripremanje obroka. Poseduje fen, peglu. Ima veliko i lepo dvoriste. U centru, a izolovan od guzve. Uvece je tiho i mirno. Veliki parking je obezbedjen za sve goste. Sve preporuke od srca.

Posetila sam Antony's Apartments u junu ove godine sa suprugom i troje dece i utisci su stvarno fantastični po pitanju samih vlasnika i apartmana. Za vreme boravka nisam imala ni jednu zamerku i stvarno moram da pohalim profesionalnost i gostoljubivost sa kojom smo se susreli. Po dolasku nas je sačekala supruga g-dina Antonija, ponudila nas kafom i sokom za decu dok nas je istovremeno u apartmanu čekala rashladjena voda za piće za dva dana kao i sok. Sve je bilo izuzetno čisto i uredno, apartman je sagradjen 2017.godine i odlično je opremljen. Za razliku od drugih apartmana u kojima smo dosada bili ovde nas je sačekalo: maslinovo ulje i sirće, so, biber, deterdžent za sudje, aparat protiv komaraca, tečni sapun u kupatilu, šećer i nes kafa za nekoliko dana. Od aparata u kuhinji imali smo kuvalo za vodu, cediljku za citruse, aparat za sendviče, mikser za nes kafu, rendalicu, mini šporet sa rernom, standardno posudje i pored toga u sobi smo imali peglu sa daskom za peglanje uz korišćenje zajedničke veš mašine koja se nalazi van apartmana. Postavljene fotografije na sajtu su indentične sa stvarnim stanjem. Dvorište je redovno održavano i svakodnevno je neko od vlasnika dostupan u slučaju da nam bilo šta zatreba. Smeštaj ima dve manje terase bez pogleda na more iako je ono zaista jako blizu, kako je i navedeno, oko 70m. Plaža je uredna, more čisto a za korišćenje ležaljki neophodno je poručiti kafu ili piće (min 3 eur) uz koje se dobija i flasica vode. U blizini Nikitija nalaze se neke od najlepših plaža Grčke koje u zavisnosti od mogućnosti treba posetiti (Spathies, Lagomandra, Kalogrija....) a koje nisu udaljene više od deset minuta autom. Takodje, u samom mestu nalazi se i Lidl i još nekoliko povoljnih supermarketa dok je noćni život prilagodjen manjem mestu i sasvim prihvatljiv za porodičan odmor. Uveče se može šetati i stazom pored mora. Svakako bih preporučila navedeni smeštaj i domaćine ocenila najvišom ocenom budući da su počev od komunikacije putem emaila (odgovaraju odmah) pa do svakodnevnog kontakta učinili da se osećamo prijatno i dobrodošlo.
