• For early check-ins or late check-outs, please inform the managers in advance - availability will determine whether the request may be accommodated.
• Please inform the managers of the arrival and departure times at least 2-3 days in advance of the check-in date.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 14 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is cancelled 30-14 days before the date of the arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 14-7 days before the date of the arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 7 days before the date of the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
