• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid in cash the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Anthis Garden House is located approximately 270 meters from the beach in Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers accommodation for 5–6 guests, featuring a beautifully landscaped garden and free private parking.
The nearest bakery is 500 meters away, while the closest grocery store is 1.5 km from the property.
Accommodation
There are three accommodation units available—two-bedroom apartments located on a raised ground floor.Apartment No. 1 – The most spacious apartment in the complex, suitable for up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and the living room features a corner sofa bed.
Apartments No. 2 and No. 3 – Identical in layout and suitable for up to 5 guests. Each apartment has a double bed in one bedroom and a double bed plus a single bed in the second bedroom. Guests of these units share an unfenced terrace, with each apartment having its own seating area.
The kitchens in all apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with oven (Apartment No. 3 has a smaller two-burner stove), a toaster, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle.
All units are equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen, free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. A baby cot and highchair are available on request.
Bed linen and towel changes are provided every 5 days, while cleaning service is available on request and at an additional charge.
Guests can enjoy a shared garden with a barbecue, outdoor seating and dining areas, a swing, and free private parking.
