• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• In Superior Studio and Premium Apartment there is the possibility of accommodating a fifth person (child up to 11.99 years old) for an additional fee.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The Anthemida is a family business with rooms and apartments, opened in 2014 and the philosophy that prevailed during the design and construction was and still is to provide the best possible service, so that during your stay here, to feel at home and enjoy a holiday you will never forget.

The stone lining gives warmth and marries tradition and modern design, while the surrounding green space dominates! Our rooms have been built to the highest standards, with the ultimate goal of providing you with all the comforts for the most comprehensive vacation experience ever.

For season 2025 a swimming pool will be available to guests.

Smeštaj je odličan, sobe su nove, čiste i ima dovoljno prostora. Dvorište lepo uredjeno, prostrano. Lokacija savršena jer je mirno i udaljeno od gužve i buke. Ionako se svuda ide kolima, tako da nam to nije smetalo.

Lokacija je odlična. Jedan od najboljih restorana u oblasti "5 steps in the sand" udaljen je 5 minuta. Preko puta kuće je veliki supermarket. Zgrada je potpuno nova i prostorije su prostrane. Studio gleda na dvorište. Čišćenje je bilo svakodnevno. Vlasnica Marija vrlo prijatna.
