• Note: Tourist tax (0.5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Anphea Studios and Apartments is located 250 from the sea, in Psakoudia, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Organized beach and village center are 450 meters away.

House offers garden, sea view, quite environment, private parking and all amenities for comfortable stay.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 2 double studios and 3 quadruple apartments, all located on the 2nd floor.

Double studio No.9 has a double bed, balcony and offer sea view.

Double studio No.14 includes 2 single beds and balcony with garden and side sea view.

Quadruple apartments No.11, No.12 and No.13 have a bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen area with 2 single beds and terrace with sea view.

In the middle of the stay are changes towels and linen.
