Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total ammount of the reservation is nonrefundable.

Description

Anneta Studios are located in the center of the village of Sivota, only 150 meters from the edge of the square of the harbor, where all the shops are. But because we are in an olive grove, we simultaneously and absolute silence.

Accommodation

There are three types of rooms:

• One type is the family room, these rooms have three beds (one double and two singles), that can sleep in these rooms to 4 people. The beds are on two levels, but not enclosed spaces (those who slept upstairs they can see down) Within these there is a kitchen with a small stove, fridge and all the necessities for cooking. There is also A/C and TV. All rooms are ground floor, and all have a terrace facing the garden.

• There is also a room for two people. This has a double bed, inside there is a fridge an electric eye, toaster and coffee maker, able to build breakfast. There TV and A/C. It is ground floor and has its own space to sit outside in the garden.

• Superior studio in the form of the apartment. Can accommodate 3 persons.

We offer you free wifi internet access. Fast cleaning service is available on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.

Our gastronome friends can freely use the barbeque, which is situated in the garden. During your stay at Anneta Studios, you can safely park your car under a shady tree, in the surrounding pale area. Children play freely in the area without risk. there is no path from which they pass cars.
