Cancellation policy
• If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit fee paid will be 100% returned to the guest.
• If the reservation is canceled on 30-2. days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest.
• If the reservation is canceled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility exercises the right to keep the paid deposit fee and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Anneta's House is situated in the central part of Nikiti, 20 m from the beach. Accommodation in modern buildings and zoning standards 2016, with enhanced thermal insulation in masonry level and frames.

Accommodation

The three ground floor Studios are approximately 28.5 sq.m., can accommodate up to two adults in a double bed, and two children up to 5 years old in a double sofa bed.

Three upstairs Maisonette are about 30 sq.m., can accommodate up to five people. The three in the main room, two in a double bed and one on a chair bed and the other two in the attic into a double bed.

All rooms are equipped with TV, WiFi, air conditioner and all the electrical and cooking appliances for food preparation. Daily housekeeping service is provided, while bed linen & towels are changed every 3 days.
