Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Within less than 50m from Trani Ammouda, one of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki is this family business located which runs since 1994.

Accommodation

It consists of 7 studio apartments which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and one two-bedrooms apartment which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
All the apartments have their own bathroom and cooking facilities as well as air-condition and TV. They all have their own balconies with a spectacular view to the sea and to the surrounding forests of Sithonia.

In our garden apart from playground there is also a large barbecue which you can freely use to prepare your lunch or dinner.

Preubavo mesto za semeen odmor. Vtor red od plaza. Apartmanot imase preubava terasa so pogled na more, kujna opremena. Vilata ima ubav dvor so zelenilo koe e idealno za deca, skara i mini kujna. Apartmanot bese mnogu cist. Domakjninite ljubezni. Sekoja preporaka za apartmanite

Mi smo bili 2019. u junu i bilo je predivno. Sve je bilo uredno, majka Ana divna i u svemu izlazila u susret. Uvek ima puno naših ljudi jer smo se pokazali kao kulturni gosti, nadam se da je tako i ostalo. Sada sam poslala upit za jul, nadam se da će nešto biti slobodno.

Sve preporuke za smeštaj i Gospodina Pantelisa. Dobro govori engleski jezik, vrlo je korektan i spreman da pomogne za sve što treba. Jedino što plaža Trani Amouda više nije mirna oaza za odmor , nego je pretrpana.

Ne primaju ih, ali savetujemo da im pošaljete upit (uvek postoji mogućnost da ih prime). Ukoliko je vaš pas manje rase i socijalizovan, obavezno i to naglasite u upitu.

Mi smo u februaru 2020 uplatili depozit kod njih,izbila korona i covek nam na prvi nas poziv da otkazemo vrati sav depozit bez reci.Nismo bili tamo ali svima preporucujem zbog tog njegovog poteza.Pozdrav za vlasnike

Bili smo u ovom smestaju- suprug, troje dace i ja u junu prosle godine. Sve pohvale, blizina plaze, studijo je skroz korektan, ne luksuzan ali itekako pristojan,predivne terase i divno dvoriste gde su deca uzivala sa drugom decom.
