• Note: Tourist tax 2 EUR per day is not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Anna Villa is located very close to the beach, in the center of Nea Flogita, on the peninsula of Kassandra.

Accommodation

Anna Villa consists of 4 apartments: No.1, No.3, No.7 and No.17.

Apartment No1. is located on the ground floor with one double bed and a single bed. Includes fully equipped kitchen with oven, bathroom, air conditioning and yard with sea view. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.

Apartment No.3 is located on the first floor. Has one room with a double bed and a single bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, air conditioning and bathroom. Can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Apartment No.7 is located on the 2nd floor and includes one room with a double bed and a single bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Has air conditioning, TV, bathroom and a terrace with sea view. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.

Apartment No.17 is located on the 2nd floor and includes one room with a double bed and a single bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven and one more extra single bed. Has air conditioning, bathroom and a terrace with view to the back road. Can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child.
