Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Set 1.5km from the beach in Skala Potamia, Anna Studios is an accommodation that offers spacious studios and a large and neat yard with a playground.

Its location in a peaceful environment outside the center of Skala Potamia can also be a good base for a tour around the island since the capital city, Limenas or Thassos town is about 10km away, Panagia - one of the most beautiful villages is about 2-3 minutes by car and Golden Beach is about 1,5 km.

Accommodation

There are 4 studios in total, all located on the first floor and have capacity for 2-4 persons.

Studio no.1 consists of one double bed and the balcony that has as a view on the backside. It can host 2 persons.
Studio no.2 contains a double bed and a sofa for an adult or for 2 small children. This studio has a big balcony with a garden view.
Studio no.3 has one double bed and one sofa. It has a sea view.
Studio no.4 has one double bed. This studio has a mountain view.

Each studio contains a kitchenette equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a TV, an air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

In the spacious yard there is a lot of space for children to play and for parents to relax. Also, the barbecue area is available as well as a private parking for the guests

Cleaning is done on every day basis while the changing of the towels on two days and bed linen every three days.
