• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€, or slightly more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Anna's Beach House is located in Nea Flogita, Halkidiki, 50 meters from the sea. It offers accommodation for 2-4 adults, with the possibility of free accommodation for a child up to 12 years old.

Accommodation

The building features apartments with two bedrooms located on the ground floor. Each unit has one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. They can accommodate up to 4 adults, while a free extra bed is available in each apartment for a child up to 12 years old. Baby cots are provided for babies up to 2 years old.

The units also include a private bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchen that includes a stove, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer.

The apartments also have terraces with a view of the street and a partial view of the sea. They are equipped with air conditioning, a television, free Wi-Fi internet, and mosquito nets.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. Public parking is available near the accommodation, and pets are not allowed.

Javljam se po završetku letovanja i boravka u Anna's Beach house da bih podelila sa vama jedno lepo iskustvo i ukazala na gostoprimstvo, preduzimljivost i odgovornost ljudi koji su zaduženi za smeštaj u ovom objektu. Naime, u žurbi, pri napuštanju smestaja, moj suprug je u sobi zaboravio telefon. Telefon je pronašla čistačica, javila gazdi Džeriju, on Aleksandri preko koje smo smeštaj rezervisali i koja je sa nama komunicirala na srpskom jeziku i organizovali su slanje telefona za Srbiju. Telefon je bio kod nas za par dana. Hvala im beskrajno❤️ Sve preporuke za smeštaj i ove ljude!

Apartman je odličan. Izgleda kao na slikama. Ima sve sto je potrebno. Vrlo je blizu najlepšeg dela plaže i centra Nea Flogite. Sve preporuke za smeštaj. Vlasnik smestaja je vrlo ljubazan i uvek na usluzi gostima.
