Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled 22 or more days before the arrival date, then the deposit will be returned to the guest (not including any unexpected expenses)
• If a reservation is cancelled 21 to 14 days before the arrival date, then 50% of the deposit will be returned to the guest (not including any unexpected expenses).
• If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less before the arrival of the guest, then no refund will be made.

Description

On one of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki, Livrohio, just a few steps away from the beach (c. 50 m), are the Anna Poussi studios and apartments.

Accommodation is in two separate buildings, set against a luscious green garden, offering guests the option of a studio flat or apartment for their stay.

Studio flats all have:

• Fully equipped kitchen
• WC/shower
• TV
• Air-conditioning (A/C)
• Free Wi-Fi internet
• Double bed and bunk bed
• Can host up to 4 persons

The one and two bedroom apartments also have:

All accommodation units have balconies, some of which look out over the sea, and guests can enjoy the use of the barbecue area and kiosk, as well as parking facilities.

A short distance away is Ormos Panagias, where visitors can find supermarkets, tavernas, pizza restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops etc and cruises leave for Mount Athos on a daily basis from the port. 3 km away is the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, where you can enjoy an evening meal accompanied by local wine at the traditional tavernas in the square. Agios Nikolaos also has a health center, police station, post office (ELTA) and chemists.

Smeštaj je za svaku preporuku, blizina plaze, mir, imali smo pravi odmor. Dvoriste je lepo uredjeno,deca su uzivala. Higijena odlična, vlasnici su jako ljubazni i uvek su tu bilo sta da zatreba. Rado cemo doci opet

Smestaj na odlicnoj lokaciji, na par minuta do prelepe plaze, a samo mesto odlicna baza za obilazak Sitonije. Moglo bi biti za nijansu bolje opremljeno u pogledu kuhinjskog pribora, ali za osnovnu upotrebu ne fali nista. Dvoriste je uredno i pogodno za decu, higijena je na visokom nivou, vlasnici prisutni ali nenametljivi. Sve u svemu rado bismo opet boravili u ovom smestaju.

Savrseno mesto za porodican odmor .Sve preporuke zbog mirnog ambijenta , odnosa prema gostima , cistoci smestaja i blizine same same plaze, koja je jedna od najlepsih u ovom delu Grcke obale .
