Minimum stay
• 01/04-10/06 and 26/09-20/10: 3 nights;
• 11/06-16/07 and 26/08-25/09: 5 nights;
• 17/07-25/08: 7 nights.
Cancellation policy
• If the reservation is canceled 8 or more days before arrival at the accommodation, the owner keeps 20% of the total price of the reservation.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.

Anna Maria Paradise Hotel is located in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, about 250m from the sandy beach, 1km from the town center, and 700m away from the closest bakery and grocery store.
The facility offers accommodation with a swimming pool for 2 to 4 people and provides service based on half board (buffet-style breakfast and dinner).
Accommodation
Anna Maria Paradise Hotel consists of 45 accommodation units - double and triple rooms, quadruple family studios, and quadruple apartments.
Double rooms have one double or two single beds, and triple rooms have one double and a single or sofa bed.
The quadruple family studios and quadruple apartments have one double and two single beds.
Studios and apartments include a kitchen. Two bathrooms have a shower with a curtain, the others have a shower cabin.
Twelve accommodation units have a view of the sea from a distance.
A safe box is available at the reception (2 EUR/ per day), and a laundry service is also charged (10 EUR/per service).
The Internet is available in the lobby.
Cleaning is done every day, while the towels and bed linen are replaced after three days.
Parking is in front of the hotel, along the main road.
