Description

Anna Maria Luxury Villas is a luxury complex in Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula, 380 meters from the beach. It consists of two villas with private pools that can accommodate 4-12 people.

Accommodation

Luxurious Villa Anna Maria

The larger villa consists of three levels and can accommodate 12 guests.

A playroom and a large storage room are located in the semi-basement. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchen combined into one room. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

The first floor features three bedrooms - the main bedroom has a double bed and its own living room with a fireplace, while the other two have one double and two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub.

Guests have at their disposal two spacious terraces with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the garden, pool, and sea.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, washing machine, and children's toys. It is provided with an alarm system, surveillance cameras, and security doors.

The villa is situated on a 4000m2 property and offers a beautifully landscaped garden with olive groves and palm trees, a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas overlooking the sea, and a summer house with a barbecue and outdoor dining area.

The smaller villa is a one-story house that can accommodate 4 people. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. It has a covered terrace with seating and a view of the pool and the sea.

Guests have at their disposal a beautifully landscaped garden full of greenery, a private pool overlooking the sea, sunbeds and umbrellas, and a summer house with a barbecue and outdoor dining area.

Free private parking is provided for guests of both villas, and pets are welcome with an agreement and an additional fee. Spare sets of clean bed linen and towels are available, while additional cleaning is possible on request and with extra charge.
