Anna Karra Studios & Apartments is a hotel resort located in front of the sea, in Vourvourou, in Sithonia of Halkidiki, ideal for quiet, comfortable and relaxing family holidays. In an area of 323,7a, there are facilities like barbeque, covered parking, football, volleyball and basketball grounds, playground with a slide, three swings. Moreover, a ping pong table and three bicycles are in your disposal in order to enjoy your rides in Vourvourou.

Accommodation

Our hotel, completely renovated, with materials friendly to the environment and people as well, and carefully designed, consists of 10 apartments with a view of the sea and the garden full of olive trees, pine trees and colourful flowers. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment-studio no. 2, on the first floor, has two spaces (25m2). It includes a separated bedroom with a double bed and a folding chair for one person and a separated space which provides a couch-single bed along with a fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, cooker with oven, toaster, coffee pot, kettle and espresso machine). Moreover, it provides an individual bathroom with shower with shutters and a hairdryer. The cozy balcony with the dining table and the chairs offers a breathtaking view of the sea and our garden. Services include daily cleaning, bath products, change of sheets, towels for the bath and kitchen, table cloths every three days, TV LCD 26'' satellite TV, wireless Internet, safe, air conditioner, mosquito net, umbrellas for the beach along with sea beds. It can provide accommodation to four people (three adults with one young child).

Apartment no. 9 (75m2) is situated on the ground floor right in front of the sea. It is also suitable for handicapped people since it is accessible without any steps. It has two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two singles which can be united). It also provides a big fully equipped kitchen (a big refrigerator, cooker with oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, kettle and espresso machine). There is also a dining room and a big living room with two sofas and a fireplace. Moreover, there is a big bathroom with shower with shutters, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The huge stone-built porch is a little raised up with a view of the sea and our garden. There is a dining table with chairs for you to enjoy your meal or your coffee. Services include daily cleaning, bath products, change of sheets, towels for the bath and kitchen, table cloths every three days, TV32'' DVD, satellite TV, wireless internet, safe, air conditioner, mosquito net, umbrellas for the beach along with sea bed. Apartment No. 10 (65m2) is situated on the ground floor right in front of the sea and it's constructed on different levels both inside and outside. It has two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). It also provides a big fully equipped kitchen (a big refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee pot, kettle and espresso machine). Moreover, there's a dining room and a living room with two sofa beds, one of which is stable. There's also a big bathroom with shower with shutters and a hairdryer. It also has a big stone-built porch with dining table, chairs and a sofa with a view of the sea and our garden. There you can enjoy your meal or your coffee. Services include daily cleaning, bath products, change of sheets, towels for the bath and kitchen, tablecloths every three days, 32'' TV, DVD, satellite TV, wireless internet, safe box, air conditioner, mosquito nets, seabeds and umbrellas for the beach. It can accommodate 4-6 people.

A barbecue with a fully equipped kitchen is under a gazebo by the sea. Gas is available for cooking as well as a big fridge. In the gazebo, there are also DVD, CD player and gymnastic equipment. In our garden under the trees, you can find tables, chairs, benches and sun beds.

Sheets, towels (both for bath and kitchen), baby seat and baby bed, toys for the kids to play on the beach, umbrellas and sun beds. There is also a washing machine, iron and iron board for anyone who needs them. Each apartment has its own style and colour which travels you in idyllic scenery. 

Pets are not allowed.
