• Deposit of 10% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation

There are 2 apartments which are fully equipped and air-conditioned.

Apartment (Snuggery Elegant Apartment) which is on the high ground floor contains a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, waching machine). There is one double bed in bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom has a small bathtub.

Duplex apartment which is on the first floor contains a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, stove), as well as 2 separate bedrooms. In the living room there is a sofa bed, in one bedroom there are 2 united single beds and in the other one there is a double bed. It also has an iron, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.

Room cleaning service is available on request, and every 4 days guests receive clean sets of bed linen and towels that they can change themselves. Private parking spaces are available on site.
