• Deposit of 10% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure,100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

In the beautiful village of Sivota and in a quiet and family environment 50 meters from the picturesque port of Sivota you can find our establishment. There are three beaches within a 5-10 minute walk, the closest ones being Galikos Molos and Bella Vraka.

Accommodation

We offer 10 fully equipped rooms, 8 triple-bedroom and 2 double-bedroom ones.

Cozy and spacious, our rooms are ready to accommodate you and we will offer you the highest level of quality services. Every room has a balcony, fitted with a table and chairs and over looking our beautiful garden. Every room has its own private bathroom and is fitted with air-condition, television, fridge and cooking facilities.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days, while the rooms are cleaned every other day. Cleaning products are provided, so guests can maintain the hygiene of the accommodation themselves if necessary.

Our private grounds offer ample parking space for your vehicle. And for our aficionados we have installed a wonderful barbeque in our garden for their use. We would very much like to meet you… and be at your service. Have a pleasant holiday.

Nedavno sam se vratila iz Sivote i ovu vilu ne bih nikome preporučila jer su slike na internetu jedno, a u stvarnosti je reč o veoma lošoj vili koja uopšte nema nikakve sobe sa pogledom na vrt. To je najobičnije okolno zelenilo, drveće i neko rastinje koje okružuje ovu zapuštenu zgradu. Sobe su veoma loše, neugledne,zavese flekave, nijedna brava na vratima ne radi kako treba, toalet nema prirodnu ventilaciju (nigde nikakav otvor), a ni kuhinja (ima jedan mali uski i visoko postavljen prozor koji je stalno zatvoren). Postoji samo jedan komad nameštaja u kuhinji, sudopera povezana sa frižiderom i visoko postavljena slavina. Kada pustite da teče voda iz nje, prska na sve strane. Sudovi su stari, rasparani i oskudni. U sobi ima veoma mnogo komaraca, a nema komarnika. Parking je neosvetljen. Cena previsoka za ovakav smeštaj ispod svakog standarda, jedino je dobra lokacija i ništa više.
