• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.
Description
Anemoni Rooms is located 80 meters from the beach, in Vrachos, and offers excellent location, good quality accommodation and quite enviroment.
There are two restaurants in the front of the object.
Accommodation
Anemoni Rooms consists of four apartments: two of them are duplex apartments and two are one bedroom apartments.Duplex apartment (about 60m2) include two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and each can accommodate up to 5 people. One extra folded bed can be added on request. Apartment No1 is located on the ground floor, while the Apartment No4 is located on the 1st floor.
Standard one bedroom apartments (about 25m2) can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 small children or 3 adults. Apartment No2 is located on the ground floor and the Apartment No3 is located on the 1st floor. Both have a bedroom with a double bed and kitchen space with sofa bed.
