• If the accommodation unit is canceled by the 30th day before the date of arrival, the paid deposit fee will be refunded to the guest (reduced by EUR 30 administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is canceled 14 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

Description
Anemones Villas are situated in the traditional settlement of Spanochori, 6 km from the town of Lefkada. Each villa has a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea and Lefkada city. Lefkada Town and Ai Giannis beach are reached after 6 km, while Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach are 9 km away. Near the villas, in 1,5 km there is the village of Lazarata which is the closest place to find a bakery, mini market, petrol station and of course traditional Greek tavernas with delicious plates.
Accommodation
Each villa can accommodate 4-6 persons and each villa is placed in about 2.000 s.m. Their names are from the Nymphs of Greek Mythology. Each villa is autonomous and independent from the others and is surrounded by stoned walls and plants. Each villa offers complete security and privacy. There is yard and garden with many plants and grass, parking for two cars, large private swimming pool and children’s pool for each villa. All villas are fully equipped and provide TV satellite, DVD, radio-CD, wash machine and dish-washer, bath-tub Jacuzzi, air conditioning.
Villa Filira - Villa Filira is a luxurious, autonomous and independent, two-storied stone residence. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people (up to 6 using sofa beds). It includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a veranda on the first floor and 1 bedroom, 1 W.C., 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace on the ground floor. Internally, it has a water massage and an Italian kitchen with a granite counter and backsplash. Externally there is a large swimming-pool, a garden, a courtyard which is paved with stone, a barbecue, a water tank, a veranda covered with a wooden pergola and parking space of 2 cars with direct access to the residence. It has an amazing panoramic view to the Ionian Sea and the city of Lefkada.
Villa Kallisto - Villa Kallisto is a luxurious, autonomous and independent residence. The villa can accommodate 4-6 persons (up to 6 using sofa beds). It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and a big veranda.
