Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Androniki's House is a house in Sykia, Halkidiki, 300 meters from the beach. The house is ideal for families and couples as it consists of a large living room, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom.

The spacious terrace in the front large courtyard offers unparalleled views of the deep blue waters of the coastline of Sykia. At a distance of a few meters from our house you will find restaurants, taverns and beach bars and a super market.

Accommodation

The holiday home comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with garden views.

There is also an outdoor furniture to enjoy your coffee or breakfast in a quiet environment overlooking the sea. There is enough parking for your car.
