• The maximum capacity of the apartments is 4 guests. Additional person can only be a baby up to 2 years old - 10 EUR/ per night. Baby cot available upon request.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Andreas Villa is a complex built in 2007 and renovated in 2018, with modern units and all amenities for the comfortable stay. It offers two apartments on the ground floor.

Apartment Deluxe No.1 (40m2) has a bedroom with a double bed and living room/kitchen with corner sofa bed. Apartment include 2 air conditionings and can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Apartment Deluxe No.2 (42m2) is equipped in the same way, with only difference - it has air conditioning only in the living room. Can accommodate up to 4 persons.
