• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Anastasia House Sykia is loacted on the main road in Sykia, on the peninsula of Sithonia, 2km away from the beach, 500 m from supermarket and 2.2 km from village center.

It is a brand new accommodation and offers to the guests modern rooms and fish store where fish and sea food can be found.

Private parking is provided for all guests.

Accommodation

Anastasia House Sykia consists of 3 rooms: two quadruple rooms and one triple room.

Rooms No2 and No3 are quadruple and have a double bed and a double sofa bed each.

Room No1 is triple and includes a double bed and a single sofa bed.

Small garden is around the accommodation.

All rooms have no kitchen, but offer small fridge, kettle, cofffee maker and toaster.
