Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Anastasia House 2 is located near the center of Stavros, about 300 meters from the sea, and 480 meters from Stavros Beach. Within walking distance there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, tavernas, bakeries and everything else you need for a pleasant holiday.

Accommodation

The accommodation consists of two studios that can accommodate 2-4 people, and a family apartment for up to 7 guests. Studios are located on the ground floor and on the third floor. The ground floor studio has a double bed and bunk beds, while the other unit has a double bed, a drawer bed and a single bed.

All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and stovetop, a bathroom with a shower. TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking are also available. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed.

The family apartment is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms. The first features a double and a single bed, the second has a bed with a drawer, and the third offers ianother double bed. The rooms are separated by sliding doors, and all have access to a long terrace with a table and chairs.

There is also an equipped kitchen with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a kettle, and dishes, and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, hypoallergenic mattresses, and a hair dryer.

The owners do a complete cleaning before the guests enter the accommodation unit. After that, the guests themselves take care of maintaining hygiene. Bed linen is changed every five days (for stays of 10 nights). Towels are not provided.
