Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Anastasia House 1 is located in a quiet area, and close to the center of Stavros. There are numerous restaurants, shops, cafes, taverns, bakeries and everything else you need for a pleasant vacation, about 300 meters away. The nearest beach is about 350 meters away.

Accommodation

The apartment can accommodate up to five people. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with whirlpool, TV, WiFi internet, anti-allergy mattresses, hairdryer, terrace, courtyard and parking. The apartment has one double, two single beds and a sofa-bed. Also, there is a baby cot upon request as well as a barbecue. The apartment is air-conditioned.

The owners do a complete cleaning before the guests enter the accommodation unit. After that, the guests themselves take care of maintaining hygiene. Bed linen is changed every five days (for stays of 10 nights). Towels are not provided.
