Description

Set 100 meters from the sea, Anastasia Grigoriadis Rooms is a small family business and consists of 5 comfortable rooms with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable and unique holiday.

Accommodation

Each unit is provided with air conditioning, kitchenette, sandwich maker, fridge, TV, hair dryer, WC, shower, and Wi-Fi. It also has a nice balcony with a wonderful view of the Aegean sea. 

Special attention is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms. Changing of linen is taking place every 3 days.

The property consists of one double bedroom, two 3-bed rooms, and two 4-bed rooms, all on the second floor of the building. The double bedroom has no kitchenette, only a small hot spot and a sandwich maker.

Anastasia Grigoriadis Rooms are located 250m from the island’s main port and 150m from the most lively street in which a number of restaurants, bars and popular art shops are situated. Also, at a distance of 30m, there is a bakery.

Only 100m away from the property, guests can find a small beach where they can swim and feel the calmness of the sea. The most popular beaches on the island (i.e Alikies, Megali Ammos, Agios Georgios and Karagatsia) are within a driving distance of 5-10 minutes.

There is no private parking, however, guests can find many parking places in the streets surrounding the property.

IDEMO OVE GODINE OPET ,STA DA VAM KAZEM,DOMACINI KAKVE SAMO MOZETE DA POZELITE. POGLED IZVANREDAN,SMESTAJ SKROMAN ALI SVE JE CISTO I UREDNO.PRAVI DOM,VEOMA PRIJATNO. PEKARA NA 50m,IMA UVEK MESTA ZA PARKING.SAM CENTAR MESTA SVE BLIZU.

Prezadovoljni smo ovim smestajem. Bili smo u trokrevetnoj sobi na spratu sa predivnim pogledom na more.Domacini su nenametljivi sa jedne strane, ali predusretljivi da pomognu u svakom trenutku.Ono sto bih izdvojila je cistoca, jer se zamena posteljine, peskira i ciscenje obavlja na 3 dana. Pozicija vile je takodje na jako lepom mestu. Ukoliko ponovo letujemo na Amuljaniju rado cemo se vratiti u ovu vilu.
