Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Anassia Villas offers visitors the chance to enjoy their stay in a tranquil environment and admire the enchanting landscape, either from the balcony of their room or from the swimming pool.

Anassia Villas, ideal for romantic escapes and wonderful family holidays, allows visitors to choose among walks through the picturesque streets of Nafplio, visits to historical monuments, including the theatre of Ancient Epidaurus, and excursions to nearby beaches of Peloponnese.

Accommodation

There are 3 types of apartments available at Anassia Villas.

• Studio is 33 sqm and has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
• Superior studio is 40 sqm and has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that turns into two beds and a bathroom.
• Apartment is 60 sqm, has 2 bedrooms with a double bed the first apartment and two single beds the second apartment, a living room and a bathroom.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, are new and there is a daily cleaning service (breakfast is included, it is served inside the room and consists of rusks, marmalade, honey, butter, three types of coffee, croissant and orange juice). There is a swimming pool and a spacious parking area.
