Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Ananda Homes is a beachfront property in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra Peninsula. It offers apartments for 5 people, a garden with barbecue and parking, and a beautiful sea view.

Accommodation

The building consists of two units - the apartment on the ground floor has a side view, and the apartment on the first floor has a direct sea view.

Both apartments contain two bedrooms - one with a double and the other with two single beds. There is a sofa for one person in the living room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, kitchenware, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, as well as an additional toilet.

Each apartment has air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. They are equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, safes, and mosquito nets. A washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board are available.

Guests have at their disposal terraces with seating, a nicely organized garden with a barbecue, free private parking, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas.

Pets up to 7 kilograms are allowed on request.
