• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Air conditioning usage is included in the price.
• An additional person over two years is charged with 10% of the price per night. This supplement refers only to persons who exceed room capacity (eg. the fifth person in the quadruple apartment).
• Children aged 0-2 years stay free of charge, only if the child stays in the same bed with the parents.
• Upon request baby cots will be provided free to children up to 2 years.
• Bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights. Almost every day the cleaning service controls the rooms.
• Note: The tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.
• Banking, WU, and PayPal transfer costs are charged exclusively to the customers.
Cancelation policy
For cancelation of a booking, a refund of the deposit is only given under the following conditions:
• 0% cancelation fee:
- Full refund – When a cancelation of the booking has been made with a minimum of 30 days' notice (from the date of check-in) either by fax or email.
• 50% cancelation fee:
A 50% cancelation fee is charged if a cancelation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21 days to 30 days, from the date of check-in.
• 100% cancelation fee:
- No refund - when a cancelation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check-in.
• In Greece, according to the current legislation related to the categorization of tourist accommodation in stars or keys, our accommodation does not belong to the category "hotels" but to the category "furnished rooms-apartments for rent".

The apartment complex comprises 7 sunny, comfortable, furnished apartments and studios.
• Studio A1 (2-3 persons) - Room A1 is a studio on the ground floor and contains a double bed and a single bed (width 1.10 m).
• Studio A2 (2-3 persons) - Room A2 is a studio on the ground floor and contains a double bed and a single bed (width 1.10 m).
• Studio B1 (2-3 persons) - Room B1 is a studio on the first floor and contains a double and a single bed (width 1.10 m).
• Studio B4 (2-3 persons) - Room B4 is a studio on the first floor and contains a double bed and a single bed (width 1.10 m).
• Studio B2 (4 persons) - Room B2 is a studio on the first floor and contains a double bed and two single beds. A ranch can be placed only in cases of families with 3 small children.
• Studio B3 (4 persons) - Room B3 is a studio on the first floor and contains a double bed and two single beds. A ranch can be placed only in cases of families with 3 small children.
• Studio C1 (2-3 persons) - Room C1 is a studio on the second floor (east) and contains three single beds.
• Apartment C2 (4-5 persons) - Room C2 is a two-room apartment and contains two single beds in one room and a double bed and a sofa bed in the other room.
• Apartment C3 (4-5 persons) - Room C3 is a two-room apartment and contains two single beds in one room and a double and single bed in the other room.

U ovom objektu smo boravili pocetkom avgusta i zaista je vrlo lepo. Sobe kao na slikama, vrt predivan, uredan, bazen vrlo lepo odrzavan. Do plaze pet minuta hoda, na plazi dosta prirodnog hlada i bez guzve, svako moze naci svoje parce plaze i mora i uzivati u miru. Do centra mesta oko 10 minuta pesaka. Vrlo ugodan smestaj, rekla bih za sve koji zele opusten odmor i svoj mir.

Ko zeli pravi odmor u prelepom i mirnom okruzenju ovoj smestaj je pravi izbor.Plaža na nekih 200m sa puno prirodnog hlada od četinara,apartmani uredni i čisti,domaćini ljubazni.U dvoristu prelep bazen koji se uredno odrzava. Apartmani Anagnostou za preporuku

Odličan smeštaj u mirnom okruženju okruzen borovom sumom. Prelepo, dobro održavano dvorište sa bazenom koji je cist i prelep. Sobe se svakodnevno čiste, posteljinu i peškire menjaju svaki drugi dan . Vlasnici izuzetno ljubazni. Plaža na 170 m od smeštaja, mala, cista, nikada nema gužve. Nama je bilo prelepo - sjajno smo se proveli i opet cemo se vratiti
