Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Amaya Villa is located 140 meters from Kariani Beach, in the area of Kavala. The villa can accommodate 8 people and offers a spacious garden and private parking.

Accommodation

On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a living room with a corner sofa and a dining table. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and dishes. Two private bathrooms contain a shower, free toiletries, and towels (replacement is possible upon request with an additional charge).

The floor of the villa is organized like a studio and consists of an open space with a double bed and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a hob, and a microwave oven.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious, covered terrace with an outdoor seating/ dining area, a barbecue, and a view of the garden and the sea in the distance.

The complex includes free private parking, a spacious garden, and sports fields.
