Payment policy
• For any booking the customer pays at least 15% as a deposit to the bank account number.
• The remaining amount of 85% will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation policy
• If the customer make the deposit payment and decide for any reason not to travel to us, we should know that 2 months before (60 days). In that case, the deposit money will be returned (minus Greek fees).
• If the customer make the deposit payment and decide for any reason not to travel to us 60 days (or less) before the arrival, we keep the deposit .The customer can use this amount as a new deposit for the next 2 years.
