Description

There are refuting Archaeological opinions whether Lefkada is Ulysses’ Ithaca or not. It can become your “Ithaca” by getting to know the endless verdant areas and the Ionian deep blue waters that have made the island known worldwide. Amadryades villas are located in Lefkada, the fourth island in size of the Ionian Sea which belongs to the island cluster of Eptanisa. The island is known for its uniqueness that although it is an island it is accessible by land.

According to mythology, the “Amadryades” were nymphs of lonely trees, meadows and mountains. Amadruades villas could not be located anywhere else but the verdant and quiet environment of the quaint village of Xortata on the west coast of the island. Hortata is one of the most beautiful mountain villages at an altitude of 645m on the west of Lefkada with an incredible view. It is near the island’s beautiful beaches such as Porto-Katsiki, Kathisma, Gyalos, Egremnoi etc

Accommodation

The villa complex operates year round and is composed of three independent, luxurious and functional stone villas named Ersi, Terina and Imera. Designed and built with a lot of taste, you will be impressed by the villa’s architecture. Stone and lumber are two elements that coexist and create an excellent esthetic result. Their amphitheatrical location and their excellent positioning ensure the breathtaking view of the Ionian sunset.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

Villa Ersi

• Villa Ersi is located on the ground floor and is 60m². The stone floors and visible roof dominate. It is consists of a bedroom with a double bed, spacious kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a sitting room with a stone fireplace. Among the selectively tasteful furniture, the sitting room has two three-seater sofas, one of which turns into a double bed. Continuing from the sitting room one can find the private pool area, with a view of the Ionian, complete with loungers, comfortable armchairs and a swing.
Villa Ersi can accommodate 2-4 people.

Villa Terina

• Villa Terina is a two storey villa and is 80m². The stone floors, the visible roof and the balcony are dynamically present. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, kitchen combined with dining area and sitting room. Specifically, the first floor consists of a bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, the kitchen, dining room area, a sitting room and the WC. The private pool area with a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea can be accessed from the sitting room. The second floor is comprised of the second bedroom with its own bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub.
Villa Terina can accommodate 2-6 people.

Villa Imera

• Villa Imera is the third villa of the complex. It is on the ground floor and is 60m. The stone floors and visible roof make their appearance once more. The villa consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with dinning area, a bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi tub and a sitting room with a stone fireplace and two three-seater sofas, one of which turns into a double bed. The private pool area is accessed from the sitting area and is complete with loungers, armchairs, a table and swing.
Villa Imera can accommodate 2-4 people.
