• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Alstef Houses is an accommodation in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is 320 meters from the nearest beach, and about 1 kilometer from Paradisos beach. There are two identical houses available, each accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

Each house spreads over three levels connected by stairs. The first level consists of an open-plan space featuring a living room with a seating area and a large LCD TV, and a kitchen with a small dining area. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a flat plate and an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and dishes. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

On the second level are two bedrooms with double beds, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.

On the third level is a third bedroom with a double bed, a third bathroom with a shower, and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet.

Free private parking is provided for guests.
