• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Aloni House is a facility in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula, 350 meters from the beach and the promenade. It offers accommodation for 3-5 people with a yard and parking.

Accommodation

The facility has three accommodation units, which are located on the first floor:

• Studio for 2+2 - contains two single beds and bunk beds. It features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a two-burner hob, and dishes, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. A terrace with a table and chairs is also available to guests.

• Apartment for 2+2 - contains one bedroom with a double bed, while the room with the kitchen features bunk beds. The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with an oven, a two-burner hob, and a refrigerator, as well as a furnished terrace.

• Apartment for 4 people - contains two bedrooms with two single beds each. It has a kitchen with a large fridge and a stove and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment also includes two terraces - one on the front and the other on the back side of the building.

All three units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, and television. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every five days or more often if necessary.

In front of the property is a small yard with a barbecue and outside seating/dining area and space for parking.
